Great Lakes Post Acute, the leading post-acute service provider in Western New York (WNY), announced its recent partnership with HighPointe on Michigan and DeGraff Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Facility.

Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is offering a series of events that will allow us to gather together for dance therapy, box for exercise, rev up with step aerobics, or practice restorative yoga and meditation.
