Congratulations to Carmen Alexander, unit secretary in the Elmwood Village, who was named HighPointe on Michigan's Employee of the Month for February 2023.
Carmen was nominated by a co-worker, who said:
Carmen is extremely friendly with residents and staff and always finding time to assist a resident in need. From my time with management, she has exceeded all expectations. She has never said no to any task. I never have to tell her what needs to get done. She takes initiative in other departments without direction and takes on extra tasks without issue.
