Congratulations to Drew Campbell-Stitt, cook at HighPointe on Michigan, for being selected Employee of the Year for Long-Term Care at HighPointe and DeGraff Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility. Drew has been known to hold himself to a high standard. He works extra shifts to help get residents the food they need to maintain their health. He works doubles, weekends and has come in on last minute occasions. He looks out for the residents and does not take shortcuts that could compromise food quality. Not only does Drew work long hours, but he is always looking for ways to improve his skills. His willingness to maintain a spotless work environment is admirable and his dynamic work ethic is respected by all. All of Drew’s hard work does not go unnoticed. Residents are consistently commenting on his excellent service and how good their food. He has been recognized by the head of the Resident Food Committee for fantastic service and food quality. He is reliable, hardworking and a dedicated worker. Since starting with Kaleida Health in 2018, Drew has always been a team-player. He helps out where needed and strives to create a positive atmosphere. Outside of work, Drew is a single dad and helps to take care of his mother. He is very dedicated to both his work and family.
