What is Home Rehabilitation?
When you or a loved one requires rehabilitation at home, the Visiting Nursing Association (VNA) provides a complete array of services to help, from physical therapy to speech therapy. Home rehabilitation supports patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery or chronic conditions. Licensed therapists bring care directly to your home, helping patients safely regain strength, mobility, speech and daily function.
The VNA offers the area's largest rehabilitation department and some of the most experienced clinicians in Western New York. Patients are treated where they prefer to be - in the comfort of their own homes.
