All applications for Kaleida Health are completed online. To apply, you first create an online profile with a username and password. Resumes sent to our office outside of the online application system will not be considered.
How to Apply Online

1. Search openings
Go to Search Openings and search within the listed categories to view the positions available, then find the opening that is right for you.

2. Select apply and create an account
Once you find a position that matches your skill set, select Apply and create your personal account with a username and password. Write them down so you can apply to future openings without starting over.

3. Build your profile and resume
Your account lets you develop a profile and store your resume. Upload it from your computer, or type or paste it directly into the application. Complete all sections, including Contact Information, Experience and Education. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

4. Submit your application
Once all sections are complete, submit your application to the position or positions you have selected. You will then receive a confirmation notice in your email.

5. Keep checking back
If you did not find the right position today, check back regularly. Our postings are updated each Wednesday as new opportunities become available.
Computers are available at your local library, or you may visit our Corporate Employment office at 726 Exchange Street, 3rd floor, Buffalo, NY during regular business hours. After you submit, you will receive a confirmation screen and an email with a candidate reference number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Without a password you cannot gain access to your account. On the log-in screen, click the link for "Forgot my password" and you will receive an email to reset your information. If you did not provide a valid email address when you applied, you will need to start over and create a new account.
Due to the high volume of applications received, comments on status cannot be shared. It is not always possible to contact and interview every applicant. Qualified candidates may be contacted to meet with the assigned recruiter for an interview.
Yes. If you are selected as a potential candidate, the assigned recruiter will contact you for a brief phone screen and then schedule a convenient time for a face-to-face interview.
The assigned recruiter for the position is your point of contact from the initial interview through a job offer. If you are selected, the recruiter will contact you with an offer. If you accept, you will discuss pre-employment requirements, including paperwork, a pre-employment physical and a drug test, along with a start date.
It is our policy to update all candidates who apply to a position with the final outcome: applicant was not selected, an internal employee was selected, or the applicant does not meet the qualifications of the position. You are encouraged to continue to apply for other positions for which you qualify.
