Where's Lance the Leprechaun?

This month, Lance the Leprechaun is on the move - and he needs your help to stay hidden!

How it Works 

Each workday, Lance will be hidden somewhere in the office. 

When you find him, you’re “tag — you’re it!”  

To Claim Your Find ☘

1. Take a photo with Lance (selfie or location shot) 
2. Post it in the "Wheres Lance?" Webex space 
3. Re-hide Lance in a new spot somewhere in the office 

Then the hunt continues! 

The Goal ☘

At the end of the month, the most creative hiding spot will win a prize! 

Creativity ideas: 

• Funny scenarios 
• Healthcare-themed setups 
• Seasonal/St. Patrick’s Day fun 
• Clever but findable locations 

(Hint: Keep Lance visible enough that he can be found during the workday — no locked offices, personal bags, or places that disrupt work or equipment.) 

Rules of the Game ☘

• One move per finder — first photo posted claims the find 
• Hide Lance somewhere safe, appropriate, and work-friendly 
• Avoid: 
  • Patient areas or confidential spaces 
  • Food or liquids 
  • Equipment that could interfere with operations 
    

If Lance hasn’t been found by the end of the day, the committee may relocate him.

Remote Staff Rules ☘

Each day Lance is found, the finder also posts a photo clue. 

• Watch the "Where's Lance" space on Webex
• Use the photo clue to guess Lance's location
• Correct guesses earn a raffle entry for the month
