Jennifer is new in her role as patient care coordinator for the VNA IV Team but she has been able to fill her predecessor’s shoes and has learned her role and adapted quickly.
The IV team runs smoothly with her help and Jennifer is the glue that holds it together. She is always willing to assist with seeing uncovered patients in the community. She is pleasant and always manages to get patients covered.
According to her coworkers, she exemplifies what every employee should aspire to be. She is excellent in every way.
