Congratulations to Tracy Carey, patient client representative, Center for Laboratory Medicine. She is retiring after a 31-year career with Kaleida Health Laboratories.
Tracy has had a few roles within our system. Beginning as a laboratory processor, Tracy then moved into her primary role as a client service representative. She also worked at the Hand Center.
Over the course of her 31-years, Tracy has witnessed, and was a part of, many chapters in the history of Kaleida Health Laboratories. She has seen shifts in leadership and technology, as well as changes in how the labs work and collaborate with clients and employees.
From keeping our couriers informed of pick-ups, to meeting the demands of client calls, Tracy has left an indelible mark on our organization. Her knowledge and experience have also helped shape the culture and success of Client Services.
As Tracy embarks on this well-earned next chapter, we wish her nothing but happiness, good health and endless adventures. She will be devoting time to her husband, sons and best of all her grandchildren, while planning to travel and enjoy life.
