In her new role, Rozler will provide additional nurse management presence on the afternoon shift as well as support the daily operations of the Emergency Department. Teresa will help the department maintain their focus on meeting strategic goals and quality initiatives that further enhance patient experience throughout MFSH.
Teresa has extensive Emergency Department experience, having previously worked at Mercy Hospital, as a travel RN with experience in the Emergency Departments at Rochester General Hospital and other hospitals in New York and California.
Rozler earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Brockport, State University of New York in 2021, an Associate of Applied Science from Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY. She received her Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate from Erie 1 Boces in West Seneca, NY.
Rozler holds a certification from the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) as well as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
