Kaleida Health’s new automated text message notification system (One Call Now) is now available to the VNA.
Text messages will only be sent for severe weather, utility outages, critical incidents or other emergencies.
To receive emergency notifications via text message, text the word "Alert" to 22300.
When receiving phone calls or text messages from One Call Now, the caller ID will display the number 877-698-3261. Please save this phone number in your contacts. Employees can opt out of emergency notification via Once Call Now at any time.
A test notification will be sent out soon.
