Text messages will only be sent for severe weather, utility outages, critical incidents or other emergencies.
To receive emergency notifications via text message, text the word "Alert" to 22300.
When receiving phone calls or text messages from One Call Now, the caller ID will display the number 877-698-3261. Please save this phone number in your contacts. Employees can opt out of emergency notification via One Call Now at any time.
To ensure that VNA/Kaleida Health can reach you by telephone for emergency notifications, make sure your primary contact number and other personal information is correct on KaleidaScope.
