Dear Tenants,
We are conducting preventative maintenance throughout the LCo Building during business and non-business hours in the month of August.
The Larkin staff and Larkin contractors continue to work our way through the building to conduct light bulb sweeps, plumbing inspections and service, diffuser cleaning, and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks.
We expect this work to continue through the rest of the month.
