Simple Ways to Practice Gratitude
- Gratitude journal: Write down 1-3 things you are thankful for each day.
- Mental check-in: Ask yourself, “What’s one good thing that happened today?”
- Gratitude walk: As you walk, name things you see or feel that you appreciate
- Thank someone: Send a quick message to someone who made your day better
- Grateful breathing:
- Inhale & silently say “Thank you.”
- Exhale and release stress
