OLEAN — Olean General Hospital will host open interviews 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Education Center, located on the first floor of the hospital.
Open interviews will be coordinated for all departments, clinical and non-clinical. OGH is hiring for various positions at all levels within the organization, from entry level to management.
Entry level positions include food and nutrition, housekeeping, nurse assistants, and patient access. Nursing recruitment continues to be a main priority for the organization from LPNs to RNs in multiple departments throughout the hospital. Job offers to qualifying applicants will be made on the spot.
“It takes compassionate and people-centric individuals to provide exceptional care to our patients,” said Lesley Zurek, vice president, human resources, for OGH and Bradford Regional Medical Center, Kaleida Health facilities. “We’re actively seeking new employees who are eager to learn with multiple growth opportunities while providing compassionate and high-quality care to our community.”
Multiple full-time positions offer a sign-on bonus with some offering up to $20,000 to join the team. Other benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans with employer match, tuition reimbursements, and an employee assistance program. Many roles offer flexible scheduling while others have a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, Zurek said.
