Congratulations to Olga Rodriguez, environmental services aide on the Mother-Baby Unit, who was named the Oishei Children’s Hospital Employee of the Month for April 2022.
Olga’s nominator praises her professionalism, cheerfulness and willingness to do whatever it takes to accommodate the unit’s needs. Her work ethic and attention to detail in cleaning the unit are second to none and she does everything with a smile.
Olga is a very positive person whose personality is appreciated not only by staff, but patients as well. She always askes patients if they have everything they need and if they don’t she takes care of it right away. No request is too big or too small.
