New Floor Installation Update

The installation of new floors at the Center for Laboratory Medicine has begun, and we are almost finished with the main corridor.

Next week from November 20 - 21 the vestibule (employee entrance) will be blocked off. The corridor from the vestibule to the library will also be closed to foot traffic. Please use the main entrance.

Please see the map below for details regarding next week's schedule. Highlighted in yellow are areas that will be closed off, highlighted in red is the path couriers will need to take to reach the Courier/Phlebotomy Room. 

Current schedule with room numbers:

  • Friday: Joan and Anna's office 
  • Monday & Tuesday the following rooms will be closed off:
    • Employee entrance, vestibule 1007
    • Corridor 1029 will be closed to foot traffic
    • Residents Office, 1017, two residents will be working from Buffalo General Medical Center
    • Residents Office, 1018, one resident will be working out of the Pathology Office
    • Conference Room, 1033, will be closed please use the Solak Conference Room if a meeting is necessary (Please call Sandie to reserve)
    • Renal, 1028, will be using the microscope on the second floor
    • Library and Resource Room, 1030, will be closed
    • Entrance to the Courier/Phlebotomy Room, 1027, will be blocked off, please use the entrance from the Courier/Phlebotomy Room, 1024. (You will need to use corridor 1046 and enter through the hallway near the elevators. Follow the red path.)
