Victoria (Vicky) Mirusso was named processing supervisor for Kaleida Health Laboratories effective August 31, 2022. In her new role, she oversees first- and second-shift processing, including send-outs, at the Center for Laboratory Medicine on Flint Road.
Vicky was previously a lead processor for send-outs, a role she assumed in 2016. She has more than 11 years of processing experience, and has been with the organization since 2008.
She has also been the secretary for the Diversity Inclusion Race and Equity Employee Resource Group since February 2021. As part of this group she was selected for the Kaleida Health mentorship program, where she worked with Kaleida Health Chief Diversity Officer Shannon Bryant.
Prior to her tenure at Kaleida, she was a unit ops manager at HSBC Mortgage Center.
