Congratulations to Courtney O'Lay, RN, for being selected as Employee of the Month for DeGraff Medical Park and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Courtney was selected for her high standards of respect and integrity while caring for patients and their families.

Patients who come into the Emergency Department are usually in pain and/or distraught, but Courtney has a way of bringing these individuals to a calm place, helping them feel safe.
