The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Department at Kaleida Health takes our role seriously as healthcare leaders in the DEI space and are excited to share our DEI updates with the Western New York (WNY) community. This publication is titled Leaving Our Prints as we firmly believe in showcasing the DEI work we are currently doing and the work we hope to do in the future.
This report also serves to recognize and celebrate our Kaleida Health workforce, who have dedicated their time and energy to supporting our DEI efforts. We value the contributions of our workforce and look forward to the many ways that we can better serve the WNY community on our path to equity.
