Leading with CARE Award Presented to Tysheka Brown

Congratulations to Tysheka Brown in the Sterile Processing Department at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.

In one year, Tysheka Brown has embraced the Sterile Processing Department. She has excelled in learning instruments and what sets are needed for specific types of surgical procedures. Tysheka willingly teaches others - new employees, students, peers.  She provides coverage as needed and works well with others.
