Congratulations to Jennifer Phelan, a nurse practitioner in the ENT clinic at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute, who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.

A group of coworkers and I wanted Jennifer to get some recognition for her help. We have consulted her multiple times with ENT cases and she has been extremely helpful, kind, fast and absolutely wonderful to work with.
