Congratulations to Senior Clinical Lab Scientist Dawn Bork, who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.
Dawn was nominated by her manager, who said:
Thank you for going the extra mile and Leading with CARE. The CARE you showed by coming into work on the third shift for a couple of hours to help resolve an issue with the Alinity was exemplary. You truly care about the patients and your peers by coming in, going back home for some sleep, and returning the next morning for work at 7 a.m.
It models the behavioral values that every Kaleida Health employee should live every day. As such, I am proud to have you as a senior CLS in the laboratory.
