Congratulations to patient support associate, Clair "Butch" Heppner who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.

The patient was here for pre-op testing for a procedure he was having the following week. He said Butch was fantastic. The patient was unable to sit, so Butch arranged to have a gurney to get him from place to place. The patient said he was very thankful for Butch’s assistance.
