Congratulations to Amanda Alianello, RN, 2 Southwest at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.
Although she is an experienced nurse, Amanda has only recently joined the 2SW team. She has quickly integrated into the team, and has also taken on training new staff, is interested in being a fill in charge nurse when needed, and will come in and help just so her coworkers have a better day. In the 6 months that she has been here, she has consistently gone above and beyond to be the ultimate teammate. We are lucky she decided to join us!
