Congratulations to Allysha Hartke, RN, 2 North at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital who was recently recognized for leading with CARE. Recipients of the Leading with CARE award exemplify Kaleida Health values in their daily work, and go above and beyond for their patients, families and coworkers.
Allysha started with Kaleida in 2016 at DeGraff. She then came to Suburban on 2 North. She is a NCCC graduate and is currently enrolled at Daemen College for her BSN. Allysha loves “twinning” with her orient. She loves being a nurse and giving back to her community. Allysha is a positive role model for our new nurses. Allysha always offers to mentor, precept or help out in any way she can. She is friendly and professional in her approach to her care and interactions with others. The patients love having her around them. She actively listens and is compassionate to their needs. Her positive attitude is felt and appreciated by all.
