Vicki Landes MBA, RN, BSN has been promoted to vice president, integrated health at Kaleida Health.
In her new role, Landes has primary responsibility for the oversight of Kaleida Health adult and pediatric Primary Care Centers and associated programs, pediatric community-based and complex care centers including School-based Health Centers, Oishei Healthy Kids Pediatric Health Home, Robert Warner Center for Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, Pediatric Mental & Behavioral Health Center and Kaleida Health grants. She will create holistic and integrated adult and pediatric ambulatory programs through alignment across Kaleida Health departments and community-based agencies and healthcare providers. Landes will lead the implementation of new population health reimbursement structures and the creation of population health IT tools and dashboards.
Landes joined the organization in January 2019 as the senior director of pediatric public health and integrated care. Over the last four years, she led the growth of our pediatric health home, Oishei Healthy Kids; achieved several million dollars in grants to expand services in our Robert Warner Center for Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation and pediatric Primary Care Centers; led the relocation of Towne Garden Pediatrics to Broadway Pediatrics and established multiple community partnerships through our Center for Child and Family Well-being to address the social determinants of health.
Prior to joining Kaleida Health, Landes served as the vice president for community care coordination and services at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center where she led the Niagara Falls Memorial Health Home. In this role she was responsible for the oversight of care coordination, health promotion, transitions of care, family support, and community-based agency referrals/follow-through. Landes also spent 12 years at Fidelis Care New York as the director of clinical services. She began her career as a critical care nurse at Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
Landes earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at SUNY Brockport and a Masters of Business Administration at Medaille College. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Canisius College in Health Information Technology.
