Congratulations to Sandie Kobee, executive secretary, for being selected 2023 Employee of the Year at Kaleida Health Laboratories.
Sandie has been a dedicated employee for 36 years and is currently the Kaleida Health Laboratories executive secretary where she has done, and continues to do an exceptional job in leading the office of laboratory administration. Her efforts in preparing for all staff birthdays, employee of the month celebrations, retirements and anniversary celebrations is beyond words. So much coordination is required for each event, and yet each event goes as planned because of Sandie.
Her dedication is also exceptional. Sandie is constantly working despite best efforts to get her to take a break (including weekends). She has another huge task in keeping calendars and appointments organized for Arnulfo Delgado as well as for Dr. Tomaszewski, which is not an easy task at all.
