The Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME), a trade group formed in 1942, has selected Don Boyd, president and CEO of Kaleida Health, as the BNSME 2026 Executive of the Year. The award was presented April 27, 2026, at the BNSME Elite Sales and Marketing Awards gala at Salvatore's Italian Prime in Depew.
According to BNSME, the Executive of the Year Award is bestowed upon leaders whose efforts have produced economic rewards for their organization and community, as well as advancing the sales and marketing profession.
During the event, Heather Ly, manager of marketing relations at Kaleida Health, led a Q&A session with Don where he shared a bit about his upbringing, career path at Kaleida Health, his leadership style and his gratitude for the care teams who are crucial to our mission.
