Jeffrey Fronckowiak began his career October 11, 1982 with Kaleida Health at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital (MFSH) as a nurse’s aide on 3 West. He also floated to whichever floors or departments needed him. From there he made the transition to the laboratory side of healthcare between 1991-1999, becoming a member of the inpatient phlebotomy team at both Millard Fillmore Gates Circle and MFSH. Later in 1999 he transferred to the Outpatient Blood Draw at MFSH, and then finally came to his present position at the Center for Laboratory Medicine as a laboratory processor in 2002.
Jeff has been a well versed member of the Kaleida Health Laboratories Team, is well respected, reliable and always willing to lend a hand whenever needed.
In his retirement, Jeff plans to enjoy gardening, puzzles and reading fiction books. He is also looking forward to spending time with his nieces and nephews, and while he has no other immediate plans, he does see traveling South during the winter in his future.
We sincerely thank Jeff for 41 years of dedicated service to the patients of Kaleida Health. We will all miss him.
