Congratulations to Roy Kellam, CNA, for being selected as the 2023 Employee of the Year for HighPointe on Michigan.
Roy has been an employee of Kaleida Health for over 34 years and has shown great dedication to his work during this time. In his time with the pediatric residents at HighPointe, Roy has gone above and beyond for the kids to fulfill their needs and has even purchased clothes for them. On their birthdays or special occasions, Roy often buys a cake or special treats for the kids so they can celebrate with the unit.
Roy's coworkers agree that he is a pleasure to work with and he never has a negative attitude. He is always there to help his coworkers no matter what. Roy often helps out to coworkers when needed, without even having to ask. He is always respectful, caring and thoughtful, and his work ethic is admirable.
Roy's manager also said, "His love and dedication for his job shows in the quality of work he does every day."
