Hello everyone —
In January 2023, a new version of OASIS (OASIS E) will be rolled out across the country for certified home health agencies. We are in the planning stages for this transition and are reaching out to you for your input and suggestions as part of our commitment to listening more and continuous improvement of the VNA.
As part of our preparation we would like to look at our current assessments and documentation to see where improvements can be made. This could mean double/redundant documentation, lack of space to write a comment, inadequate drop-down selections, among other issues.
We are asking for your feedback and suggestions because you are the ones who complete these assessments day in and day out. Though we may not be able to act on all suggestions (due to regulations and current polices), we would like to hear back from you to see what could be changed to improve our current assessments and documentation.
