We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Guchone, MHSA, has been appointed vice president of imaging and oncology services for Kaleida Health. She has led imaging in an interim capacity since June 2025 and has led the oncology service line since March 2025. This new role represents a consolidation of two previous vice president roles.
In this role, Guchone will lead imaging and oncology strategy and oversee operations across all Kaleida Health locations, including affiliated ambulatory centers. She will be responsible for aligning imaging and oncology services with the system’s strategic priorities and annual goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient clinical and non-clinical imaging and oncology programs. Her leadership will focus on enhancing operational consistency, streamlined care, collaboration and alignment across the system.
Guchone joined Kaleida Health in March 2025 and brings with her a strong background in healthcare operations. She previously held several leadership roles at Rochester Regional Health, including system vice president of imaging operations.
Reporting to Amy Craib, senior vice president of service lines for Kaleida Health, Guchone will serve as a member of the senior leadership team. She will work closely with physicians, administrative leaders, and our imaging and oncology staff to drive strategic initiatives, improve operations, optimize resource use, and support our mission to advance the health of our community.
