GLIN IPA Book Club
Join us for book club on Thursday, March 4th at 4 p.m. in The Boardroom or via Webex.
We will be discussing our latest read, Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End by Atul Gawande. This nonfiction book examines the shortcomings of modern medicine in the face of aging and death and advocates for honest conversations and palliative approaches to help people age and die with greater dignity and control.
After our chat, we'll be shifting gears to a more laid-back atmosphere at Buffalo Distilling Company, 860 Seneca St, Buffalo, NY. It's a great opportunity to unwind, mingle, and perhaps delve into some topics beyond the book.
Reading the book is not a requirement to participate; all are welcome!
Where's Lance the Leprechaun?
March Office Challenge
A fun month-long challenge that everyone can get involved in. Think "Hide and Seek" meets "Elf on the Shelf". Help find Lance's hiding place in the office, then "tag you're it", you get to hide him again!
Put your skills to the test!
