Don began his career at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle in the Pathology Department on September 7, 1988, and helps to train new employees. Don always volunteers to help at public events such as all of the Buffalo Sabres blood draws in Buffalo and Rochester, various health fairs in WNY and all of the student athlete blood draws for the University at Buffalo. He has even been known to pick-up coworkers during inclement weather, whose vehicles have broken down or who had no way to work. You name it and he has helped. Don will be greatly missed, he is a very dependable, is a hard worker and a very knowledgeable phlebotomist.
Outside of work he enjoys riding his motorcycle, traveling, and fostering many cats/kittens with special needs. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, grandkids, dogs, cats, and other various animals. Don is looking forward to having much more time to spend with his family. We sincerely thank you Don, for your 35 years of dedicated service to the patients and physicians of Kaleida Health.
