While we do not see patients or have correspondence with them or their families, Sally demonstrates the exact same principles to her peers and superiors every day. She is always happy to help and support anyone that she can.
She is extremely punctual and follows through quickly on tasks. She will also take it upon herself to circle back on outstanding matters and does everything within her scope to facilitate excellent and timely results, often going above and beyond!
Sally is respectful to all employees regardless of their role or title. She treats everyone equally with respect and kindness. She is someone who I personally look up to and try to emulate in my personal and professional interactions.
Her managers add:
She is one of my most valuable team members – so important that when she is out for vacation, the entire team feels the pain of her absence. She is one of the most cheerful and pleasant people to work with, never having a sour attitude or an “it’s not my job” mentality. She always tries to think of ways to help the entire team, and bounces ideas off of her leaders all the time. Many people throughout the company that have had a chance to work with Sally have come back to me to say what a help she was, and a delight to work with.
Sally goes above and beyond for not only the Accounts Payable department but for everyone with Kaleida Health. Sally is a hard worker who enjoys working as part of a team.
