"Julia has been an employee of Kaleida Health for 17 years and previously worked in the call center. In that position she went above and beyond answering patient calls regarding insurance and billing issues. When Julia answered with her soothing voice you could count on her to take every call from start to finish to help the patient or family with any issues or questions promptly.
"She is the first person to roll up her sleeves and help. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find the answer for you, and for her own knowledge. She sometimes answers the same question over and over for us, but always treats us with respect and never says she already told us how to do something.
"Julia is the billing team's rock. Julia is the first one to ask anyone if they need her help and makes herself available while still completing her own worklist. We are all VERY appreciative of Julia and all her hard work and are extremely lucky to have her on our billing team. Julia is an excellent leader who cares about all of her coworkers."
