From her nomination:
Jen works very closely with our CDI department and Coding department for our 3m software. She keeps us abreast of updates, issues and solutions for our technical issues. She always prioritizes our departments and assists where she can, going over and above for both teams.
Jen is always jumping in to help even when these problems occur before she starts her day, sometimes as early as 6 a.m. She is always willing to assist and patiently works with 3m/Solventum to resolve critical down times.
We have scores of documents that are constantly being updated and she always has assisted us in keeping on track. She's well-organized and keeps track of updates for us.
Her manager adds:
Jen is long-time Kaleida employee who does not have direct contact with patients and yet she embodies the Kaleida Health motto: "Where the patient comes first."
