Jen Fenton has been integral to the success of the restructuring occurring in Patient Financial Services (PFS). She has implemented training, facilitated training and created training documents, and distributed information and updates in a way that has been the foundation of the restructuring success. Even when roadblocks and issues appear, she manages them with professionalism and grace.
She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of this transitional process, and is not afraid to dig in for those challenging components that continually arise. She is so patient with us. If one or more of us is having an issue understanding the technology, she will set up time for one-on-one training. She is always so positive. She never fails to get back to you about an issue and is instrumental in solving many problems.
She cares about Kaleida Health and staff, which truly means a great deal to us. She is one of a kind and we’re lucky to have her around. This lady has a lot of integrity.
