Congratulations to Debra Pawlak, clinical laboratory scientist, on her retirement and career with Kaleida Health Laboratories.
Debra (Debbie) Pawlak, clinical laboratory scientist at the Flint Road Hematology Lab, retired on November 7, 2025, after 38.5 years of service at Kaleida Health. Debbie began her career at the Buffalo General Medical Center Chemistry Lab on March 2, 1987. Debbie made the move from BGMC Chemistry to the Flint Road Hematology Lab in 2005. In her retirement, Debbie is looking forward to spending more time with her family including her husband, children and granddaughter, as well as traveling and dining out with friends!
Debbie is known for her sudden outbursts of Prince songs, being a good listener and her kind personality. She will be missed by her coworkers.
