I have the highest respect for Ashley's work ethic and loyalty to Kaleida Health. She delivers results and clarifies expectations to all employees and sites as an analyst, in a very demanding position. She keeps commitments, practices accountability and delivers results. What impresses me most is her smile; when she is willing to stop what she's doing and help anyone who emails or visits her without a moment's notice, Ashley makes you feel as if you're not a burden. She always goes above and beyond to help you, in a timely manner. Ashley has a human touch that makes me want to be a better person and demonstrate the respect she shows everyone who approaches her.
