Adrian's consistent diligence, professionalism and enthusiasm positively reflect leading with CARE values. These qualities enable him to be highly successful in his position, in addition to being a pleasure to work with. Adrian has assisted the laboratory with recruitment for many months and has yielded a great deal of success thanks to his dedication and exuberance. Adrian recently held an educational event at the University of Buffalo in order to help recruit students. Not only did he spearhead the event, but he organized everything from parking passes to food, while ensuring educational content and laboratory administrative support was appropriate and available. We cannot thank Adrian enough for all he has done to recruit support for the laboratories during this critical time of short staffing.
