Kaleida Health’s Employee of the Year is a person who lives Kaleida Health’s behavioral values and works to improve the patient experience every day.
While the past two and half years have been challenging, the teamwork displayed by everyone across Kaleida Health has allowed us to continue to provide high quality care to our community. Like last year, Kaleida Health's leadership team agreed not to choose just one overall Employee of the Year for 2021. Instead, they named all the site Employee of the Year winners as the overall Kaleida Health Employees of the Year for 2021.
“These individuals and our teams have done really incredible work. As always, our workforce continues to step up and lead with CARE when our patients and community need us most,” said Don Boyd, president and CEO of Kaleida Health.
