It’s a time to honor those working in partnership to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities and advance health equity.
Get ready! Get involved! Get inspired!

The American Hospital Association and AHA Community Health Improvement (ACHI) invite you to participate in the 2023 Community Health Improvement Week. For more than a decade, CHI Week has highlighted and elevated the commitment and work of community and population health leaders and their local partners.
Patients and communities rely on the wide range of critical healthcare services that only hospitals and health systems can provide, including 24/7 emergency and other higher-acuity care. Hospitals also work with their community partners to develop and deploy programs that advance health and wellness.
Hospitals and healthcare workers have stood strong for their communities, and they have a vital role in our society to keep communities healthy. Health systems are working to address the upstream, root causes of health inequities by making investments to improve the health and well-being of communities for the long-term.
Departments across Kaleida Health regularly participate in community outreach events to provide education and health screenings for individuals across our region.
