Jun 9, 2023

Don Boyd has been with Kaleida Health, WNY's largest healthcare provider and employer, since day one – its inception in 1998, to be exact.

Before his current post as president and CEO, he was a leader in the company’s ambulatory services department, executive vice president of business development for Kaleida Health and chief operating officer.

Boyd is credited with leading Kaleida’s response to the pandemic and helping to guide the company through the tragic massacre on May 14 in Buffalo as well as the November storm and December blizzard that followed.

Boyd and the executive team have focused on building engagement with Kaleida’s 10,000+ employees and providers through “Listening Leader Rounds," gaining valuable and productive insight on both staff and patient experiences alike.
