Alison Wells, phlebotomy technician, began her career at the Center for Laboratory Medicine on May 5, 1997, and has been a dedicated and dependable team member ever since. She rarely calls in sick, always arrives on time and is willing to help wherever needed.
Throughout the years, Alison has stepped up in critical moments, assisting the stat labs, supporting the Emergency Department during staffing shortages and even helping with temperature readings at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital during the height of COVID. Her coworkers describe her as hardworking, knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys traveling, cheering on the Bills and spending time with her sons, her daughter Bianca and her grandchildren.
