The Employee of the Year winner is selected from the Employee of the Month recipients at Kaleida Health Laboratories for the year. Each nomination is reviewed again along with additional feedback gathered from their supervisors and peers to determine who best demonstrates and models the Kaleida Health values and behaviors in all they do.

During her 33 years of service, Barb has faced some significant personal challenges.
