Congratulations to Alice Douglas, unit secretary, for being selected the 2025 Employee of the Year at DeGraff Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility. 
The Employee of the Year winner is selected from the Employee of the Month recipients at DeGraff Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility for the year. Each nomination is reviewed again along with additional feedback gathered from their supervisors and peers to determine who best demonstrates and models the Kaleida Health values and behaviors in all they do.
