Visiting hours at Olean General Hospital may vary by department to ensure patient safety and privacy. 

General inpatient nursing unit visiting hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. 

Specialty units, including intensive care and maternity services, have modified visiting policies. View our current visiting hours by specialty.

Parking and security

Parking 

Free parking is available to visitors in designated parking lots at all entrances to the hospitals.

Security 

Visit the Information Desk at the front entrance or call (716) 316-9746 if you need assistance.

A security officer escort to and from your vehicle can be requested anytime. Request a security escort by calling (716) 316-9746.

Lost and found items are accepted and stored in the site security offices. Reasonable effort is made to contact owners of lost property.

Jump-starts and tire inflation products are available at most sites. Contact the Security office for help.

Kaleida Health Security Departments will be happy to secure any valuables you have inadvertently brought to the hospital. Simply ask your nurse to contact Security.

On-site dining options are available for visitors and family members.

Café 515 – Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Café 515, located on the ground floor, offers an abundance of choices include the day’s featured soup, salad bar, entrée selections, made-to-order sandwiches, wraps and freshly made pizza. “Grab and Go” selections of sandwiches and salads along with a variety of coffee, drinks, bottled beverages and snack items are available. 

Coffee Kiosk – Monday – Friday 6 a.m. – 1 p.m. Is a we proudly serve Starbucks coffee kiosk located on the first floor near the main entrance. 

Strive Market - Located in the dining room, the Strive Market offers a variety of grab-and-go snacks, beverages and prepared meals 24/7.

 

Olean General Hospital Gift Shop

The Olean General Hospital Auxiliary supports the mission and vision of Olean General Hospital through fundraising including operating the hospital’s gift shop in the main lobby. The gift shop offers a variety of gifts and floral arrangements that can be delivered to patients upon request. Items may also be ordered online for inpatient delivery. Transportation

Free transportation between Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital is available through a partnership with the Area Transportation Authority. Service is available on a reservation basis seven days a week, including holidays, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance although priority will be given for same-day service for inpatient visitors at OGH. To make a reservation, call (866)743-3282 or (866) RIDE ATA. Pick up and drop off locations include BRMC, Tops in Bradford, and OGH.
